My expectations were high for this product, and I have to say I was a bit disappointed. To maximize your returns as they claim they will do for you - you still need to have an understanding of your tax codes and laws. Basically you need to understand what is deductible and what isn't, once you know this the program fills out the form for you. When your done with your return they have an offer to have a proffesinal look over your taxes to make sure everything is correct - this is for more money ofcourse - why do I need this If I paid for the software already!! Zencorp charges $60 vs. the advertised and selected $50.99 price.They add another $5.61 Dollar "Handling" "Shipping fee" to make the price $65.51. The < 1 oz package arrives by mail. A less than $2 expense.
So don't get fooled like was,AMAZON and ZENCORP cheat on advertised prices.
Customer Review: Difficult and unintuitive, missing forms

TurboTax Home and Business Premier was a colossal waste of time. It does not include the correct form for a home office, which means you cannot EFile your return. If you try to fill out the 1040 and other forms directly, there are a number of fields where you cannot enter data, such as IRA distributions, without going to linked, sometimes very long and complicated forms, with no help available, so you have to do the research from IRS or other sources. Support is so difficult to obtain that is functioinally non-existant. Trying to use TurboTax wasted more time than it takes me to prepare my taxes manually with downloaded IRS forms.Customer Review: Always Dependable

I always use Turbo Tax to complete my taxes. It was a pleasure to find the program for about thirty dollars less than I pay at sam's club. I reviewed some of the remarks on other programs and was in fear they would not meet my expectations. I love the ease of Turbo Tax and it seems to be getting better every year.
