It's user friendly for the most part but this latest edition was extremely buggy. Once I had input an employee expense such as a car, it wouldn't let me remove it and it kept reappearing. There were other errors that it wouldn't catch until the review process and then it wouldn't allow me to correct it properly. In the end it said I owed taxes so I paid whatever it told me I owed, but in the end I ended up getting money back!Customer Review: hidden $50 cost of filing

I've been using TurboTax since 1998. Overall, I think it's a good program, but sometimes I think they spend more time making pretty pictures than actually improving the product. The program is easy to use and very thorough. Customer Review: SR, Oracle DBA

I found the product easy to use and very accurate. If you input everything, you won't get audited. That's cool, and they also have a service to work with the IRS if you do get audited... easy, no hassle.
I liked the entire process, smooth, flawless, and it was easy to file both Federal and State taxes electronicly. You even get your refund sent to your account. I've been using Turbo Tax for years ...I love it and will continue for years ... keep up the good work !!! Awesome.

TurboTax Deluxe 2008 Federal & State asked all the right questions for me to efile both Federal & State income tax with out my having to place any phone calls or go to other sources to get information. I have stocks and bond that are bought and sold through out the year as well as foreign tax to pay on some of these. TurboTax let me go to all the forms needed with out any issues.
