Upgraded from QuickBooks 2006. Very easy. Went from single user to 3 user and that was easy. Only had one minor issue. QB2008 came preset to use MicroSoft Outlook. I couldn't find anything of setting to use QB email. Placed a call to QB and someone called back within 5 minutes. walked me thru how to select QB email. Excellent service and an excellent product.Customer Review: same product - more money

We have a 35 person firm with one main accountant and two bookkeepers. This package was nice because it included three licenses so they could all work in the program at the same time on the same file in multi-user mode.
As with all the versions for the last several years, the changes made were minor.
